The instructions below will show you how to copy and paste on both a PC and a Mac. If you still need help starting your survey, please send us an email.

PC

• Point your cursor to the beginning of the link and hold down the left mouse button.
• While holding the button down, "drag" (move), the cursor from the beginning of the link (starting with http://), until you reach the end. This will highlight the text as you select it.
• Press and hold the "Ctrl" key, and then press "C" to copy the link.
• Go into your web browser and place the cursor in the address bar.
• Press and hold the "Ctrl" key again, and press "V" to paste the link.
• Once the entire link is displayed, press "Enter". This should automatically bring you to the survey.

Mac

• Point your cursor to the beginning of the link and press the mouse button.
• While holding the button down, "drag" (move), the cursor from the beginning of the link (starting with http://), until you reach the end. This will highlight the text as you select it.
• Press and hold the "Command" key, and then press "C" to copy the link.
• Go into your web browser and place the cursor in the address bar.
• Press and hold the "Command" key again, and press "V" to paste the link.
• Once the entire link is displayed, press "Enter". This should automatically bring you to the survey.
