Welcome to the frequently asked questions page. Here you will
find the answers to some of the most common questions asked by
our panelists and visitors to the site. If you can't find the
answer to your question here, please email
janet_hall@npdor.com
and we will be happy to assist you.
If you're looking for
surveys, check your email inbox; there are no surveys
available on this site.
How can I take a survey?
Surveys are only available via email and can not be
found on our site. When we have a new survey for
you, we will send you an email from
survey@npdor.com. To assure that you receive all of
your surveys, we suggest that you add this address to
your email address book.
When you receive the email, it will contain a link to
the survey. You should be able to start the survey
simply by clicking on the link. If you can't click
on the link, copy it into a new browser window.
When will I receive a survey?
When you will receive a survey depends on the needs of
our clients at the time. Since these needs constantly
change, it is difficult to predict how many surveys
you will receive. Panelists may receive up to a few surveys a week, but they may be less frequent for
some. Unfortunately, we are not able to grant
requests for additional surveys.
Do I have to complete every survey?
No, participation is voluntary. Although we'd love to
have you complete as many surveys as possible, if you
do not wish or are unable to complete a survey, feel
free to disregard it and wait for the next one.
How long is each survey available for?
In most cases, our surveys are available for a week
to two weeks from the date of the original invitation.
I am having trouble opening my survey link.
You should be able to start your survey by clicking
on the link in your email invitation. If this does
not bring you to the survey, you may have to copy and
paste the entire link, beginning with http://, into
your browser's address bar.
For instructions on
how to copy and paste, click here.
I received an error message during the survey.
Occasionally our site experiences periods of high
traffic, and as a result server response time may be
affected. Panelists may experience
difficulty opening a link, or moving between pages.
If you were unable to complete your last survey,
please do so using the original link we sent you. The
portions that you completed will remain filled in, and
you can click through using the arrows on the bottom
of the page to the part of the survey which is
incomplete.
I am having trouble getting past a certain page in the survey.
You can advance between pages in the survey using the
arrows on the bottom of the page. Should pressing the
arrow fail to advance the survey, check the top of the
page for blue text which will provide instructions for
completing each question (e.g. Please select an
answer, Select All that Apply, Rank the Selections
from 1-10).
If you are still unable to get past the page, please
send an email to janet_hall@npdor.com for further
assistance.
