Why should I join your online consumer panel?
To make your opinions count! Our research helps some
of the world's largest companies decide what you want
and why. By participating in our surveys, you can be
sure your voice will be heard. Our surveys are fun and
quick, and you can win cash and prizes just for
participating. For taking the first step and
completing the member profile survey, you will be
automatically entered to win $1,000.
How can I become a member?
To become a member of the panel, simply click on
Join Now. You will be
taken to our new member registration page. After
creating your account, you will then be directed to
the member profile survey. After completing this, our
research director, Janet Hall, will immediately email
you your first NPDOR survey. Open the link in the
email and complete the brief survey to complete the
registration process. It's that easy!
Why do I need to complete the member profile survey?
Learning about you and your household helps us create
a panel of consumers that represents the internet
population as a whole. The answers to your member
profile survey also help us to select surveys you are
most likely to be interested in.
When we conduct a study, we analyze and summarize the
survey results to highlight certain demographic,
geographic and technology-related information. To keep
our commitment to your privacy, we always look at the
survey results "in aggregate," meaning we group
panelists together based on their Member Profiles, and
never look at results on an individual basis.
What will NPD do with the information collected during registration?
Your opinions are important to us, and we will not
share your email address or any of the personal
information you provide. For more details on how we

Can I join if I am not a US or Canadian Citizen?
Our surveys and sweepstakes are open to everyone residing in the United States and Canada. As long as you live in one of these countries, you can become a member regardless of citizenship.
Does it cost anything to join?
No, participation is completely free and voluntary.
We will never charge you or try to sell you anything.
In fact, you can win cash and prizes just for
participating!
Can other members of my household join?
Yes, other members of your household can join as long
as their email address is different from yours. To
invite your friends and relatives to join the panel,
visit our Refer A Friend
